Due to the comprehensive protective measures for spacing and tracking, it was unfortunately imperative to postpone the date for the Pixum Super Cup and to reorganize ticket sales. All tickets sold on the original date (August 26, 2020) had thus lost their validity, and ticket buyers* are entitled to a refund of the basic ticket price.
The refund of the basic ticket price will be made directly through the corresponding advance booking office.
If you purchased your tickets at eventim.de, you were prompted by e-mail about the steps to be taken for a ticket refund. If you did not receive an email, you can initiate your refund here.
If you purchased your tickets through a local eventim advance booking office, please contact the respective local advance booking office directly. If this is still closed, you can initiate a refund here.
If you purchased your tickets in the LIQUI MOLY HBL ticket shop or via the ticket hotline 01806 60 11 60, the basic ticket price has already been transferred back to you via the payment method you entered when making your booking.
Please understand that processing fees such as the advance booking, system and shipping fees cannot be refunded, as these services have already been provided by our partners.
